Last week I had two all-white events. Both included lilies, each with one of the two most common types, “Asiatic” and “Oriental.” Asiatic lilies are generally a little smaller, less fragrant or non-fragrant, and a little sleeker and more rounded in appearance. The Oriental lilies are the large, fragrant, and more ruffly types, including ‘Stargazer’ and ‘Casablanca,’ to name two of the most famous varieties. Below are some of my quick photos from the two events, in no particular order: can you pick out which lilies are which?!
