I had so much fun knitting this scarf in a traditional stitch called ‘Seafoam Stitch.’ I used a silk/wool blend yarn by Noro, and the colors are gorgeous. This design can easily be made in any color or type of yarn! Inquire about a custom order at my Etsy shop anytime.

I recently finished this custom-order scarf in heavenly undyed baby alpaca and undyed merino wool. Incredibly soft and cozy, these yarns are one of my favorites to work with. The finished dimensions of this piece were 10″ x 72″. If you are interested in finding out about a custom order, please visit my shop on Etsy. Thanks for stopping by!
This silk and wool, hand-knit scarf in my blue ‘Wave’ design is now available on Etsy! I really enjoyed making this piece, and I think I will definitely use this pattern again for more designs in a variety of weights, colors, and fibers. This airy but cozy scarf is long enough to wrap without being too heavy–I think it would make a wonderful gift. Find out more here.
Here is a new piece I just finished, my ‘Redwood Forest’ scarf in pure soft, squishy Merino wool. I had a great time designing this one. I used two different yarns, both in hand-dyed Merino wool, to evoke the feeling of looking up into the branches of a giant redwood tree.
The natural cocoa color of this undyed baby alpaca is just yummy. I knit this triangular scarf/shawl/kerchief with a touch of open-work for interest, keeping it cozy without being too heavy. Super soft–a great versatile piece for anyone! Available now at my Etsy shop, ChristopherKnits.
